For both the first time suitors as well as those who have been around this lifestyle before, I want to ensure that this process is as simple as it can be. I know that you can be nervous, excited, inquisitive, and/or a list of other emotions, but let me assure you that I do not bark nor bite (well, that’s a conversation for later). Below is a the information that I require in order to move forward with a potential date. Please be sure to take a look at my rates to ensure that I am within the budget you have set for yourself.

*Brief Introduction
Tell me a little about yourself. Again, I like to curate experiences based off you. What made you interested in me?

Potential Date Information (Required):
*Date, time, and duration.
*A little information on the date you envision or have in store for us.

Verification Information (Required):
*Photo ID (Government Issued)
*LinkedIn (If Applicable)
*Business Card or Work Badge
*References (If Applicable)

This information is kept confidential. I do not have an assistant or work with any assisting services. Though nothing that is required is optional, I do have alternative means to collect the screening information. If that is something you would like, please ask and I will try my best to accommodate.

Once I have received the items required, I will begin the screening process. Please note that if additional information is required, I have the right to ask for that information. If you do not provide the information requested, the potential date will not be. As much as I respect my privacy, I respect yours just as much.
